Ulla Johnson accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Affix the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your tracking number; refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
